Account and data deletion
Permanently delete your SNS account.
Enter the email used by your Customer, Store, or Driver account. We will email a six-digit code so nobody else can delete your account.
This cannot be undone.
Your sign-in, profile, addresses, sessions, device data, media, cart, wishlist, notifications, reviews, and direct relationship data will be removed. Legally required transaction, payment, accounting, audit, fraud-prevention, and dispute records may remain in anonymised or separated form.
You can also delete while signed in: Customer/Store app: Account → Privacy & legal → Delete account. Driver app: Settings → Delete account.
