Your privacy at SNS Mart.

SNS Mart operates the SNS WEB Shop Customer and Store app and the SNS Driver app. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, who receives it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Account details such as your invited email address, phone number, name, age, role, and account identifiers.
Commerce information including addresses, cart and wishlist activity, orders, payments, refunds, rewards, reviews, support requests, Store applications, and uploaded purchase evidence.
Driver information including invited driver account details, availability, delivery assignment and status information, proof-of-delivery media, and location information when a Driver uses a delivery or location-dependent feature.
Precise location only when you choose it to select a delivery address or use a location-dependent feature.
Photos or camera input only when you choose to scan a code, submit evidence, add Store media, or attach review content.
Device, session, security, diagnostic, and notification information needed to sign you in, prevent misuse, and deliver requested alerts.

How we use information

We use information to activate and secure invited accounts, provide role-based features, fulfil orders and deliveries, process transactions and rewards, operate Store and Driver tools, respond to support requests, enforce age restrictions, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting duties. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing and service providers

We share only what is needed with the Store and delivery participants handling your transaction and with infrastructure, email, notification, map, storage, and payment providers acting for SNS. We may disclose information where law requires it or to protect users, SNS, or the public.

Permissions

Camera, photo, location, and notification permissions are optional and requested in context. You can deny or later revoke them in your device settings on iOS or Android. Core browsing remains available, although a denied permission can prevent the feature that needs it. For Drivers, location and camera access may be needed for location-dependent delivery work and proof of delivery.

Age-restricted products

Guests, customers under 18, and customers whose age is unavailable cannot view age-restricted products, categories, offers, or promotional content. Age is used for this access decision and account administration.

Retention and deletion

When you permanently delete your account, SNS removes your identity, credentials, addresses, sessions, device registrations, notifications, media, cart, wishlist, and other directly associated profile data. Reviews and direct relationship records are removed. Precise delivery locations and free-form personal content in retained records are erased or anonymised.

Limited transaction, payment, ledger, settlement, payout, audit, fraud-prevention, and dispute records may be retained for the period required by applicable law or legitimate accounting and security obligations. These retained records are separated from the deleted identity and are not used to recreate your account.

Your choices

You can review profile information, manage notifications, and permanently delete your account from the app. Customer and Store users can request a data export in the app. You can also complete deletion without reinstalling the app on our account deletion page.

Security and international processing

We use access controls, encrypted network transport, session revocation, audit logs, and restricted administrative access. Providers may process information from locations outside your state or country under appropriate contractual and legal safeguards.

Children

SNS Mart is not directed to children under 13. Accounts are invitation-only. If you believe a child provided information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
